Group Audit is transforming into a new setup with three regions (Americas/APAC/EMEA) and a Center of Excellence (CoE). The Head of EMEA will strongly interact with the two other regional Heads and the Head of the CoE to align on processes, data sharing, work methods, etc.

As part of the Group Audit Management Team, the Head of EMEA drives improvements, acts as change agent and co-creates the global long-term audit strategy and methodology in order to maximize added value to the Group. Builds excellent connect with regional leadership, as well as 1st and 2nd line functions and other assurance providers to bring governance and risk management processes to benchmark level.

Your key responsibilities

Ensure execution of the audit plan
Build connect with regional leadership and act as a Critical Friend
Drive change: innovate the audit methodology to maximize value
Manage, coach and develop audit team
Communicate results in a concise and constructive manner
Liaise with Line 1, Line 2 and other assurance providers to assist the achievement of objectives and facilitate strong governance and risk management within the Group

You bring

Proven expertise in the field of internal audit, via relevant certifications and around 10 years experience, in a stock listed multinational B2B or B2C company
A personality that makes an impact and that helps shape the future in internal audit
Proven leadership skills needed to lead and develop teams
International experience and cultural sensitivity
Affinity with IT and data driven technology
A strong delivery mindset and approach
