You and your job

As a Senior Auditor IT and Operations Europe, Africa & Asia , you contribute to achieve the banks’ strategic objectives and improve the risk management and internal control of Rabobank by providing assurance to Senior Management of the Bank. You lead and perform audits in the EA&A Portfolio. The EA&A team currently consists of around 27 talented and diverse colleagues, with a variety of seniority, expertise and international backgrounds, who work together, to provide audit assurance and provide value to management.

• Conduct high-quality audits and other investigations together with your colleagues to create valuable insights;
• Act as a professional sparring partner of Senior Management and other stakeholders;

You and your talent

Client focus concise/clear storytelling and disciplined execution are essential skills for this Senior Auditor role. As a Senior Auditor you take responsibility and ownership to manage and perform audits in collaboration with your team. In addition, the following are requirements:

• Academic level education – master degree;
• Mature work experience in or affinity with financial services;
• Knowledge of relevant banking, IT, Operations and data regulations;
• Audit expertise, RE and /or CISA title, and work experience as an IT & Operations auditor is an advantage;
• Knowledge in areas such as banking, IT, Operations and data;
• Good command of English language, spoken and written;
• Independent thinker, with a confident and approachable style and the ability to understand the needs of senior stakeholders and to act accordingly.
