We’re looking for two (senior) consultants to join our People &Transformation competence within People Consulting team.

The People Consulting department consists of 45 HR and change management professionals that have at least one thing in common. While you will be onboarded in a specific competency, we closely work together across our competences in order to make a lasting client impact.  

People & Transformation 

Change is constant and so are business needs and underlying solutions. In achieving business objectives and adoption of the overall solution, setting humans at center has been our key differentiator and success factor. Our focus is driving (behavioral) change management strategies as part of large business transformations, whilst targeting company culture and different leadership components. In addition, there is a strong focus on HR topics related to creating HR strategies and supporting the implementation of future of work best practices while enabling skills-based organisations.   

Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?  

• Demonstrate technical skills in the aforementioned competencies, e.g. Change Management
• Work alongside clients and lead project workstreams, from planning through implementation together with your team 
• Support during the sales process by brainstorming with the team on the client’s request and drive the development of solutions 
• Prepare client workshops and assist in facilitating workshops 
• Contribute to generate profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients 
• Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for project related initiatives and/or decisions

• Ability to manage projects, analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical and sustainable solutions 
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills and data manipulation and presentation, such as through MS Excel tools and Power BI 
• Able to manage stakeholders and client relationships in a fast paced and complex environment 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience of producing high quality reports, papers, presentations with excellent attention to detail 
• Ability to bring ideas and insights to clients that provide value, help address risk and assist in the driving solutions 
• You demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and excel in performing under time pressure 
• You are familiar with fast-paced dynamics and are able to navigate them effectively  

General job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world? 

To qualify for the role, you must have 

• A relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Change Management
• Relevant working experience of 1 to 5 years within industry or consulting related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda 
• Ability to analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions 
• Strong understanding of people related processes related to HR transformations.
• Strong oral and written skills in English and Dutch is required.

• Strong understanding and experience deploying change management for different initiatives 
• Familiarity and experience with HR practices and/or functional set up is a plus, this includes proficiency in areas such as HR operations, HR business partnering, talent & performance management

• Birth leave: EY will pay 100% of the birth leave, in case of an additional birth leave EY will pay 70% of the salary.

We therefore offer you the opportunity to take part in various soft & hard skills training, external courses and/or sign up for an additional education. For example, obtaining an MBA to broaden your skills in Leadership, Business and Tech. 
• Mobility: Contribute directly to our ambition to reduce EY's carbon footprint to zero by 2025. • Bicycle arrangement: finance the purchase cost of your new bicycle from your gross monthly salary (purchase cost amount divided over 12 months) or from your non-statutory holiday entitlement. 
• Pension scheme: you will build up a pension capital directly after your start at EY. Each month the available premium amount is transferred for you in an investment account at our pension provider. You will also have the option to build up additional pension capital on a voluntary basis.
